of the pole. If it is fixed to the side of the pole, it is halachically invalid. |

A case where the width of the wall exceeds the width of
the gap. |

A breach in a wall. If it is less than 10 Amos wide
and not in a keren zovis, it is classified as an entrance and does not
matter. |

A breach in a wall surrounding a private domain, which is
not in line with any existing wall i.e. it runs diagonally from one wall to
the other. |

A road considered a public domain not because of Gezeros Derabonon but by Torah
Law. According to most Poskim Tzuras Hapesachs in such a road are of no avail. |
